The exchange of the item is possible only for differences in size or any other genuine reason. Returns must reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.


The following are not eligible for exchange and will be denied:

Returns received after 14 days from the date of delivery
Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains
Items on sale


Before returning for exchange, please make sure that you e-mail info@aquillora.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

The original invoice should be sent along with the parcel and need to mention the same amount stated in the invoice if asked to declare the value by the courier service. Please note to mention ‘Returned Goods’ on the parcel.

The products made at Aquillora are inspected well to ensure quality and standard before being dispatched. However, if any product is found faulty or any change from what has been ordered, kindly email info@aquillora.com immediately mentioning your order number and the details of the received product. This can be exchanged free of shipping cost.

Aquillora is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.


Once we receive the return package, it would take 14 business days for it to be processed. An email confirmation would be sent when the exchanged product is ready for dispatch. The shipping costs against returned items are non-refundable.

Aquillora reserves the right to determine eligibility for exchange, and to update the Policy at any time without notice.
