Aquillora delivers globally and assures the use of the best possible courier services to deliver your product.
Any product that you may buy on Aquillora will be shipped within 4 – 5 business days from the date of order placement. It would take 6 to 8 days to be delivered once the product is dispatched.
You will be sent a notification email with the tracking details once the product has been dispatched. We would be unable to redirect orders for any change in address once the order has been dispatched.
The duration of shipment may vary depending upon the bank/public holidays. We will not be responsible for any delay which may occur during the transit by courier service or due to force majeure
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate that prevails during the time of your order placement. Foreign exchange rates are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction.
TAXES & DUTIES
Your order may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or value-added tax (VAT) upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.
Each product is custom made against the order so the order cancellation should be done on the same day. The order cancellation should be notified through email at email@example.com stating the order reference number.
DENY OR TO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER
If you fail or deny accepting an order for any reason once it has reached the country of destination, the parcel would be sent back to Aquillora by the courier company. Whilst, the company reserves the right to deduct the two ways shipping charges including any other tariffs imposed. The balance amount would be refunded to the customer.
Aquillora will not be responsible for packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses. We shall charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.
